I am Julia Kounlavongfounder of unwind your mind. My mission is to empower people to create stress coping mechanisms, develop new routines and live and work more healthy. I love my work and believe it's very easy to get lost in tunnel vision. Working 14 hours a day is very easy for me and I love the challenge. Unfortunately, I have experienced that this chronic stress situation is not the best for my own health. (who would have thought ;)) Which is the reason I'd like to build bridges and connect different worlds. I've worked in HR the last 10 years and have gathered experiences on international and national context especially in Employer Branding. Being a yoga teacher too, I bring all the knowledge to the table and support companies as well as individuals to find their own ways of stress coping mechanisms. To reach this goal faster and more efficient I work with other people and organizations.
