Hi, I am Julia, founder of unwind your mind.

Did you know that your brain isn't made for this world? I am here to support you to conquer anyways into the future. My vision is to support you in changing your mindset and cope better with stress. 

Whenever I was ready to relax and wind down my immune system was on the edge and shut down. A change was needed as complete exhaustion was a daily struggle. Change doesn't happen over night and so I had to learn step by step to ensure a sustainable success. For me the holistic approach is key!
